Law #22: "If any one is committing a robbery and is caught, then he shall be put to death

I feel that it is a pretty harsh punishment, but he is intimidating many people to not do it or there will be consequences. 

14. If a man has stolen a child, he shall be put to death.

I feel that if you steal a child it is an awful thing to do, but you should have a punishment other than death.

129. If a man's wife be caught lying with another, they shall be strangled and cast into the water. If the wife's husband would save his wife, the king can save his servant.

I feel that this is harsh. I feel that the husband would probably not want to save the women anyway because she cheated on him. Most of his laws are very harsh and are so much different from present day.
